i look at this amazing woman everyday on my desktop. her name is iris barrel apfel. there was a
special exhibit of her personal wardrobe on display
at the costume institute at the met when i still lived
in new york. unfortunately, i was never able to attend the exhibit, but she reappeared in my life via wgsn. she is visually inspiring and i hope to look just like her when i grow old.
